Recovery Point Objective (RPO)
The maximum amount of data (measured in time) your business can lose before major damage occurs.
Recovery Time Objective (RTO):
The maximum amount of time your business can survive before restoring the data lost.
In the event of a disaster or disruption, Data Centric will prioritize the recovery of highly critical data sets. Based on the metrics above, Business Critical and Business Performance data will have a low RPO and RTO, and as such, must be backed up frequently and restored quickly to minimize damage to a business.
